Refund and Returns Policy

At Tijaara Ltd, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received an item to request a return.
• Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Personalised products (including custom-made or engraved items) unless they are faulty or incorrect.
  • Digital products (once accessed or downloaded).
  • Sale items (may not be eligible for refunds; please check at the time of purchase).

2. Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

3. Shipping

• Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

• Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Custom & Personalised Products: As these items are made to order, they cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or incorrect.
