- Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalised products (including custom-made or engraved items) unless they are faulty or incorrect.
- Digital products (once accessed or downloaded).
- Sale items (may not be eligible for refunds; please check at the time of purchase).
- Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Shipping
- Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
